My Mom and I took a walk with my son when we came upon the new Children's store that opened in the Merle Norman. What a great selection of baby and kids clothing and accessories. My Mom treated my son to a new pair of PJ's with the cutest race car print. Really soft and organic fabric. And, my son, was so happy to be offered a little bag of cookies and a juice box while we were shopping. What a great touch by the owner.
It Began 30 Years Ago
I walked into a Merle Norman store over 30 years ago just to see if they could address some skincare issues of mine. They could and did. They have an exceptional product called Miracol which is an exfoliating and revitalizing mask. It is unparalleled in the beauty skincare industry because it works!! It was explained to me that I might experience fine tiny bumps as an initial response to the mask. It works by drawing out any debris you might have under the surface. Other company's masks just surface clean and condition your skin, but not the Miracol mask. Unparalleled means you should run not walk to your closest store or call and order it. Unless you try it for yourself, you won't know why I'm sharing all of this with you. I appreciate Lisa and the Elmhurst, Illinois shop for their kindness and patience with me.
A Gem!
What a gem this place is - right in the heart of Elmhurst. I stopped in here because one of my second ear holes had closed up and I noticed they did piercings. Lisa did such a great job re-opening my earring hole but also added a matching second hole in my right ear. i also mentioned that I was struggling with chapped lips and right away she had the perfect products for me. Just a couple days later and my lips have healed up completely. And the store has now added a high quality, reasonably priced boutique for kids. My friend is about to welcome her first grandchild so I can't wait to pick up a gift once the baby arrives! Go visit this place. You won't be disappointed.
My Husband Learned My Secret
I keep one face cleanser at my sink and one in my shower. My husband decided to give my cleaner a try in the shower. He wanted to know why I was keeping the secret of what a great cleanser it is. I use the Brilliant-C and he loved the smell. We may just have him hooked on Merle!.

Great Ear Piercing Experience!
My daughter and her best friend had such a great experience piercing their ears together at Merle Norman. Lisa took the time to explain everything over the phone to me and again to the girls when we came in. She measured their ears and taught them a simple breathing exercise to lessen any discomfort and make this an easy, stress-free experience. I considered other options and appreciated the compassionate care of our girls. Highly recommended

Newly Remodeled
I’ll be a long-time customer of this Studio. The newly remodeled space is breathtaking! The spa rooms are warm and relaxing and the store is bright and inviting. The new owner is professional and so customer-service oriented! I love the added merchandise she is selling. My kids love the super soft loungewear and the candy and snacks too! I am looking forward to coming back for many years to come and seeing what new products she will be selling. The new owner of Merle Norman did a stunning job renovating this long standing local establishment. Staff is so helpful and informative! Free facials with each visit just cannot be beat! I absolutely love their products and love that the owner added in some creative and adorable boutique items as well. Definitely worth a visit and every penny spent. I plan to be a frequent flyer.
