Our Product Development team sources some of the best raw materials from trusted suppliers. When premium materials are not available locally, we extend our reach to the Global Supply Chain and sometimes shipping delays can occur.
We always chose to delay production or discontinue a product and uphold the quality clients expect, then offer a less-effective product with less than premium materials.
Product changes are never made lightly.
Raw materials can cause variances in original formulas, so we aggressively work to maintain our long-standing products. This is not uncommon when a product has existed as long as many of ours. It’s one of the reasons many competitors change their original formulas. Additionally, our highly experienced Quality & Analytics Manager continually and proactively assesses color matching.
